Carola Maier

Throughout Carola’s career, she has gained extensive experience in working with individuals who navigate the Human Service Systems and face various psychological conditions such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, grief and loss, and low self-esteem. This experience stems from her work in the human service sector, including disability, homelessness, foster care, long-term unemployment, Quitline, and Victim Support Service. Carola is a clinical member with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

Carola provides support, advocacy and counselling for injured workers on Return to Work SA or WorkCover. In this role she can assist you in several ways, including:

  • Offering independent support in dealing with the complex and confusing WorkCover system
  • Counselling and psychotherapy
  • Assisting in the recovery form depression and anxiety
  • Rebuilding self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Helping you to create an independent plan for your recovery
